Product compliance
Baldrick products are designed and manufactured with care, and applicable products are CE tested and RoHS compliant.
Compliance documentation relates to the product as supplied. Any modifications, incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside the stated specification may affect compliance and safe operation.
Product testing
Every board is tested before it leaves the warehouse.
As part of our production process, each board goes through checks during firmware provisioning, where the firmware is installed and the board is verified for correct operation before being packed for dispatch.
Installation and usage
Our products are intended for use by people who are comfortable working with low-voltage electronics, lighting controllers, and related equipment.
You are responsible for making sure products are installed safely and used within their stated limits, including correct voltage, polarity, fusing, wiring, enclosure, and environmental protection where required.
Damage caused by incorrect wiring, over-voltage, water ingress, unsuitable power supplies, physical damage, unauthorised modification, or misuse is not covered as a product fault.

Software and hardware issues should be reported through this support process so the team can investigate properly. We may ask for photos, configuration details, firmware versions, logs, or other information to help diagnose the issue.
Firmware and software
We may release firmware or software updates from time to time to improve performance, fix issues, or add features.
Where possible, please make sure your product is running the latest available firmware before raising a support case, unless the issue prevents you from doing so.
Refunds and returns
Refunds or returns may be accepted where there is a genuine fault with the product, the issue is not caused by user error, and we have not been able to adequately resolve the issue through support.
Before a refund or return is agreed, we may need to inspect the product or work through troubleshooting steps with you.
Returns caused by incorrect ordering, change of mind, incompatible equipment, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Warranty-style coverage
If a product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us through the support process above. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
This does not cover faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accidental damage, power issues, unsuitable operating conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day, and available delivery services are shown at checkout.
Products are tested before dispatch and packed in protective foam to help keep them safe in transit.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, third-party equipment, interrupted displays, event delays, lost data, configuration errors, or use outside the product specifications.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
